Good afternoon Lake Villas Condominium owners and residents,
On behalf of your board members, we wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and/or Happy Holidays! We hope that you are enjoying your holiday festivities with your family and friends.
At this time, we are sending you this email to remind all our owners and residents that per our community's by-laws, kayaks, paddle boards, inflatable boats, etc. are to be stored (off the ground) onto the available racks around the property. There should not be any items lying on the ground/grass at any time as this obstructs the lawn maintenance crew, and this is a community by-law established rule to be abided by at all times. As such, please make sure that all your recreational items are stored as established by no later than Sunday, January 5th, 2025. On the morning of Monday, January 6th, any equipment that is still found lying on the ground will be disposed of. Understanding that some owners/residents might not be in town, the board set the date of January 5th as a deadline for compliance.
