You are solely responsible for your interactions and transactions with any of the vendors. Lake Villas is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to your use of these vendors. If you have issues with any vendor contracted by Lake Villas, please bring it up with the board or management company and do interrupt or contact the vendor. Unit owners do not have the authority to direct these contractors, and attempting to do so may impede their work or cause other problems.
