I was told today that a party was held at the family pool this weekend, and a mess was left in the clubhouse. Furniture was moved and not replaced, handles were removed from the three brooms, the clubhouse itself was dirty and not cleaned up.
There was no party scheduled with the Lake Villas Board or myself.
The rule is that whoever wishes to have a party at the clubhouse is welcome to do so, but you must obtain the code to the clubhouse, put a $50 deposit (which is non refundable if you do not clean up after yourself) and it is to be calendared, so we don't have conflicts.
As no code was given out to any member, it is a limited crowd that I will look to for the party of the individuals that I know have the code. WE ARE CHANGING THE CLUBHOUSE CODE. No one will have the code to the clubhouse without scheduled permission.
WHY are we having so many disruptions? What is the problem - Lack of consideration? Lack of pride in the complex? Just Bad Behavior - hoping to get away with being a troublemaker? Can't get along and follow a few simple rules?
This behavior is rude and destructive. Why don't you put that energy toward doing something positive.
