Hi Everyone:
Sorry for the short notice, but as you now know we have Sun State Trees on the property and they will be here all week. This is a very big job and it is going to involve the whole property. They will be removing approximately 10 or more trees, cleaning the perimeter, removing debris trimming and shaping all trees. Several of our trees are dirty oaks, trees that are dead and we are taking out the camphor trees.
Please be patient as space is limited.
We also have irrigation people here, drainage solution is here making repairs, the maintenance staff is working on a water issue at Unit 652A and we are going to tackle the drainage issue behind Unit 682.
Further, Kunta is still working on alumicons, Ray Flood will be here Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to work on changing out the pacific electrical panels.
