Just an update to let everyone know that the Clubhouse and Family Pool area has been rented for Friday afternoon May 24, 2024 for a graduation party. Please be courteous and not use the Family Pool.
The Adult pool is still closed. We are working on the last violation of installing depth markers and no diving signs on the cooping of the pool. Please be patient. We are trying to get the violation lifted so we can get the adult pool open asap.
We are caulking and painting the stairs and the under areas in Units 670 and 144.
We are finalizing the painting of all the stucco walls on the property.
We should resume fixing all the paver steps shortly to finish compliance with Code Enforcement.
The roofing company will be on property Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
