It has come to my attention that complaints are being raised with the maintenance personnel. Let me remind you that they are being paid to work when they are on property.
They are not being paid to take complaints
. When a member stops them to register their dislike for something happening regarding landscaping, buildings, whatever this does nothing more than to demoralize the employees, and you are wasting their time for which Lake Villas is paying.
If you don't like something, I am the complaint department. Once again, I am going to remind everyone that each of you are only one of 71 members in this community. You want to discuss anything regarding the community and the on-going projects, I am happy to listen to your complaint/explanation, etc. as long as you maintain a calm and pleasant manner.
The maintenance personnel work under me. They are carrying out my requests, they do not have authority to change anything they are doing. DO NOT INTERRUPT THEM DURING THE WORKING HOURS. I am physically on the property every day, so you can call me at 407-353-6248.
