Good afternoon:
  1. The alumiconn process has started. We have 2 electricians on property working hard to get the alumicons installed, with Chad overseeing. We are working out all the little issues, but thank you to all members who are cooperating and signing up and to Nancy Roman and Bobbie Cute for their hard work doing all the calling and scheduling. This is a REALLY BIG JOB!!!!
  1. Chad has returned from his vacation.
  1. Landscaping - Thank you to Alan for the powerwashing that he has done for us. The carports near Units 176 - 186 are done. He has power washed all the sidewalks and pavers from Unit 186 - 162. Alan will go back and seal the courtyards and pavers in this area. We need to move some plants in the courtyard at Unit 174 so we can finish power washing.
    1. Eddie and Willie have been continuing the landscape bed clean out.  We are up to Unit 120.  Chad is going from Unit 130 to 120 and fine tuning the bed clean out.  The landscape debris pile will be picked up tomorrow.
  1. Certified Best Roofer has indicated that he will be on property Monday - Wednesday, June 5, 6 and 7, 2023. He will finish fixing all roof problems and he will be assisting with the very lengthy gutter punch list. Let's hope the weather holds and this actually happens.
  1. Chad and I are meeting with Bob (our building engineer) on Wednesday June 7, 2023. I am hoping to get a handle on the permits and start getting the process going to fix the wall on Unit 120.
  1. We are still struggling on getting information as to our total financial picture. I am wanting to obtain the contracts for all our monthly vendors as well so we can maintain this information virtually on the computer.
  1. Parking stickers - if you don't have one, you need to email me the model, make, year and tag number. I can then issue you a sticker and you can come get them at Unit 136. Further, if you have more than 3 cars (for the 2 and 3 bedrooms) or 3 cars (for the 4 bedrooms) then you need to purchase a visitor spot which is $5 per month. We are looking at increasing this to $10 per month to help get revenue.
  1. Thank you Scott, I have reached out to the company that supplies pavers. I am awaiting a return phone call. Hopefully, I will get pricing so if you are interested, please let me know, so we can price your area. Pavers are the only approved outside material that can be used on the patios and sidewalks.
More to come.....
