My apologies to all. A resident called me and explained that most likely the wind from the lakeside during one of the storms probably did the damage to the small pool, including ripping the sign off the wall. As the family pool has not been affected through these storms, my conclusion apparently was in error.
Everyone is working hard to get this complex in shape and we were too quick in our judgment, sorry. The maintenance personnel are going to clean up the pool area, place the furniture and remove the excess furniture.
