Good morning:
I have spoken to several members and it seems the general consensus is that everyone did well surviving the heavy winds and rain. As promised I remained awake until 5 am so in case of an emergency I would be available.
I have received a few photos of some minor building damage and the lakeside is extremely high. The water has gotten very close to Unit 652. Due to the severity of the anticipated storm, I granted our maintenance personnel time off to take care of their families and home.
By Friday, the personnel should be available to work on righting the trees that are bent over and cleaning up some of the debris which all things considered appears to be minor. Then we can better evaluate the building damage so we can plan accordingly.
Thank you to all of you who showed concern for your neighbors and took care to secure your patio furniture, very much appreciated.
Thankfully we did not lose power or get heavy damage. Let me know if you see something we need to address.
