If you receive a letter from your bank or mortgage company requesting verification of the condo’s liability insurance, you can send them the document linked below as proof of insurance. If they require documentation specific to your unit or address, you can request one via email from coi@assuredpartners.com. This process is simple, but can take up to 48 hours. Please include the following information in your email: Unit Owners’ Name(s) Property Address/Unit Number Loan Number Mortgagee Clause that includes Name and Address of Bank/Lender For additional assistance with insurance documentation, please contact James Taglia (jtaglia@gmail.com).
