We need your assistance correcting some fire code violations around the property so we can avoid being fined. Please complete the following actions by 11/10:
- Remove any grills that are stored in or under any part of the structure (they can’t be inside a screened porch or under a balcony, for example). If you need assistance deciding where to store yours, please reach out.
- Remove tripping hazards/storage items you may have blocking any exit routes (patios, stairwells, front doors, etc.).
- Store your fire extinguisher at least 4” off the ground.
We will reach out soon to schedule a firewall inspection as well. Thank you!
In addition, you should have received a mailed notice of our annual meeting/elections taking place on 12/30/25 along with a candidate form.
